Easy One-Pot Mac'n'Cheese Recipe


What you will need:

2.5 cups of water
2.5 cups of milk
2 tbsps. of butter
8oz (226g) sharp cheddar cheese spread
16oz (454g) pack of elbows macaroni










How to make it:

Combine 2.5 cups of water, 2.5 cups of milk and the whole pack of elbows.











Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and let it cook, stirring often.











It will take about 5-7 mins.













Once there is only little bit of liquid left, reduce heat to low and add butter. Quickly stir to melt it.










Then add the whole pack of sharp cheddar cheese spread.












Stir to evenly mix it with macaroni.













Aaaand it’s done!














Serve and enjoy⁩😊
















It tastes best when it’s freshly cooked. Later on, if you have any leftovers, I suggest mixing it with, for example, chili, ground beef and some sauces, make an omelette with it, etc😉
