Delicious Homemade Potato Salad Recipe


Here is my version of easy potato salad for lunch or dinner😊😋

What you will need:
  • 5 potatoes (I had medium size russet potatoes)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium size dill pickle
  • ½ or ¼ of onion (it depends if you like more or less onion). You can substitute it with green onion, because regular sweet, yellow or red onion can be a bit bitter if add it fresh to the salad.
  • ½ of medium size bell pepper (any kind)
  • Mustard, mayonnaise, seasonings

How to make it:

Boil potatoes in salted water over medium heat, slightly covered. 
Potatoes are done when you can easy poke or break them with knife or fork.








Boil eggs for 10 mins.














Let potatoes and eggs sit for some time to cool down. Leave eggs in cold water so it will be easier to peel them later.










Meanwhile, prepare veggies.













Cut veggies as small as possible, place them in a deep salad bowl.












Peel and cut eggs.














Then peel and cut potatoes into medium size cubes (or any size of your choice).











Now it’s time to add sauce and seasonings. For the sauce add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1.5 tablespoon of mustard.









Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 3 teaspoons of celery seeds. You can add more or less of each seasoning, I suggest add little by little, stir, taste it, then add more.




Stir all together very well, and let it sit for a few hours in the fridge (or overnight) before serving.










Serve on a side of lunch or dinner meal, or just eat it by itself😉

Breakfast Omelette With Turkey, Ham And Veggies Recipe


    Here is the recipe of easy omelette with turkey, ham and vegetables for breakfast. I usually cook it the night before, so in the morning I can heat it up in the microwave and have a breakfast ready in just a few minutes😊

What you will need:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 mushrooms
  • ¼ of medium size onion
  • ½ of green bell pepper
  • ½ of yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ham and turkey sandwich meat, 3 slices of each

How to make it:

Cut all the veggies, except tomatoes, and start frying them on olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.








Cut sandwich meat and after 3-4 mins add it to the pan.












Once veggies and sandwich meat are visibly cooked enough, add cut tomatoes.











Add your favorite seasonings (for example, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, basil, onion powder, crushed red pepper).








Meanwhile, whisk 3 eggs, and when tomatoes get soft or even watery, it’s time to add eggs.










First let eggs cook for a little bit on the bottom, then start stirring to make sure eggs are all evenly cooked.










Serve it with sour cream, hot sauce, sliced avocado, hash browns, toast, or baked beans on a side😉😊

Easy One-Pot Mac'n'Cheese Recipe


What you will need:

2.5 cups of water
2.5 cups of milk
2 tbsps. of butter
8oz (226g) sharp cheddar cheese spread
16oz (454g) pack of elbows macaroni










How to make it:

Combine 2.5 cups of water, 2.5 cups of milk and the whole pack of elbows.











Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and let it cook, stirring often.











It will take about 5-7 mins.













Once there is only little bit of liquid left, reduce heat to low and add butter. Quickly stir to melt it.










Then add the whole pack of sharp cheddar cheese spread.












Stir to evenly mix it with macaroni.













Aaaand it’s done!














Serve and enjoy⁩😊
















It tastes best when it’s freshly cooked. Later on, if you have any leftovers, I suggest mixing it with, for example, chili, ground beef and some sauces, make an omelette with it, etc😉

Pasta With Smoked Sausage In Tomato Sauce Recipe


Delicious angel hair pasta with jalapeno smoked sausage and vegetables in tomato sauce recipe for dinner🍴

What you will need:

Angel hair pasta (or any other kind), smoked sausage (polska kielbasa, or any kind of smoked sausage will be suitable too). I had a pecan smoked jalapeno sausage from Aldi.






A half of medium size onion, 1 bell pepper, 3-4 mushrooms, 1 jar of pasta sauce.













How to make it:

Cut smoked sausage into small rounds.












Fry it without oil over medium heat, stirring often for even cooking.












When you see it’s browned on all sides, it’s done.













Then I put it on a plate lined with paper towel to get rid of some grease.












Meanwhile, boil water in a separate pot, add pasta and boil it for 12-14 mins until done.











Cut all of the veggies and fry them on olive oil over medium heat (in a bigger pot).











Once veggies are cooked, add sausage to the pot.












Then add the whole jar of pasta sauce.













Add seasonings.














I added salt, garlic powder, basil, minced onion, black pepper, chives, paprika and garlic&herb seasoning blend.








Stir, cover and let it simmer for 7-10 mins over medium-low heat.












Then grain pasta and add to the pot.













Stir all well.














Let it sit covered for 10-15 mins, then serve and enjoy😊
