Bitten Salad Dressings: Creamy Lime Avocado and Creamy Lemon Poppy Seed

✰ Review, photos and recipes with Bitten dressings, that I received complimentary from Influenster to try out ✰

Bitten Creamy Lime Avocado Salad Dressing
This dressing is my favorite out of these two. Both of them got a tangy citrus flavor. Lime Avocado dressing is very creamy and got a distinct lime flavor, I couldn't taste any avocado in it. This dressing will taste good with any salad or as a dip. I added it to my spring mix, cheese, avocado and cucumber salad↓
And lettuce, tomato, avocado, soft-boiled eggs, shredded cheese and couscous (optional) salad↓
Tip: if the flavor of these dressings is too sour for you, you can mix in a little bit of sour cream to make the flavor softer😉

Bitten Creamy Lemon Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
This dressing got a zesty lemon flavor that sour and sweet at the same time. I added it to my spring mix, avocado, cheese and strawberries salad↓

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Quick and easy homemade chicken noodle soup recipe.

What you will need:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 packs of store-bought chicken broth
  • 2 sticks (ribs) of celery
  • 2 medium size carrots
  • ½ of medium size onion
  • Wide egg noodles

How to make it:

Cut and fry chicken breasts. I had mine already prepared – cut into small cubes and fried with salt, pepper and garlic.

Peel and prepare carrots and onion. Cut all of the veggies into small cubes.

Then fry them on a small amount of oil over the medium heat, stirring occasionally.

When celery and carrots get little softer and onion is clear, turn off the heat.

Pour 2 packs of chicken broth into a soup pot, bring it to boil.

Then add veggies, chicken and noodles.

I added 1/3 of 16oz pack of egg noodles, and it turned out to be just the right amount.

Add seasonings. I added salt, white pepper, basil, parsley, onion powder and a little bit of garlic powder.

Cover and let it boil over the medium heat for about 10 mins.

Stir, turn off the heat and let it sit for a few more minutes.

Serve and enjoy😊

Homemade Red Potato Salad With Dill And Sour Cream Recipe

Here is my version of delicious and easy Red Skin Potato Salad😊

What you will need:
  • 5 medium size red potatoes
  • ½ of orange bell pepper
  • 3 stalks of green onion
  • Sour cream, mayonnaise
  • Salt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder

How to make it:

Boil potatoes (slightly covered with lid) until they are soft, and you can easy poke through them with a knife or fork (about 25 mins).

Drain water and leave potatoes in the pot to cool down.

Meanwhile, prepare vegetables. First I took ¼ of pepper and 2 stalks of green onion.

Then peel and cut cooled potatoes.

Cut pepper and onion into small pieces.

Now it’s time to make the sauce.

Mix 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 5 tablespoons of sour cream.

Then add salt, garlic powder and onion powder. I don’t know how much exactly, because I add little bit, then taste, then add little more. Let’s say approximately I added 3 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 3 teaspoons of onion powder.

Add a generous amount of dill for the extra flavor.

Mix all well.

After mixing all together and quick tasting, I decided to add some more of pepper and green onion. So the total turned out: a half of pepper and 3 stalks of green onion.

Mix all very good, add more seasonings if needed.

Serve with a meal of your choice😉The recipe of this homemade mac’n’cheese is here.

Another option is to make it with green onion and celery (instead of bell pepper), that's also very delicious👍Make it the same way, just add 1 stick (rib) of celery, finely chopped.

Serve and enjoy😊
