Breakfast Omelette With Turkey, Ham And Veggies Recipe


    Here is the recipe of easy omelette with turkey, ham and vegetables for breakfast. I usually cook it the night before, so in the morning I can heat it up in the microwave and have a breakfast ready in just a few minutes😊

What you will need:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 mushrooms
  • ¼ of medium size onion
  • ½ of green bell pepper
  • ½ of yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ham and turkey sandwich meat, 3 slices of each

How to make it:

Cut all the veggies, except tomatoes, and start frying them on olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.








Cut sandwich meat and after 3-4 mins add it to the pan.












Once veggies and sandwich meat are visibly cooked enough, add cut tomatoes.











Add your favorite seasonings (for example, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, basil, onion powder, crushed red pepper).








Meanwhile, whisk 3 eggs, and when tomatoes get soft or even watery, it’s time to add eggs.










First let eggs cook for a little bit on the bottom, then start stirring to make sure eggs are all evenly cooked.










Serve it with sour cream, hot sauce, sliced avocado, hash browns, toast, or baked beans on a side😉😊
