Here is
another simple quick and delicious dinner idea with macaroni and canned chili.
But this time we will use a regular elbow macaroni and pepper jack cheese.
All you are
going to need is a pack of elbow macaroni, cheese (I had sliced deli pepper
jack cheese, but a shredded one would be good as well), canned chili and some
butter of your choice.
Boil
macaroni according to package directions. I usually boil any pasta for 15 mins,
because I prefer it a little softer. Drain and return it back to the pot.
On low heat
add 2 tbsp of butter.
Stir until all melted.
Break and
add 3 slices of cheese ( or desired amount of shredded cheese), stir until cheese
is all melted.
Turn heat
to medium and gradually add the whole can of chili, constantly stirring until it’s
evenly hot.
