Overnight Yogurt And Granola Breakfast Idea


    Today I share with you a very easy (like always😊) breakfast idea with yogurt, granola and a banana. But ingredients are not limited, usually I just add whatever I have at the moment😉).

What you will need: plain Greek or sweet flavored yogurt, a banana, granola, and some chia seeds (it’s optional!)


    
In a bowl mix desired amount of yogurt, granola, 1 tsp of chia seeds and cut banana. It’s better to prepare it at night, so by morning granola and chia seeds will get soft.


You can also use a regular uncooked oats with sweet flavored yogurt, just leave it overnight and oats will get soft. 












Other additives could be nuts, raisins, strawberries, blueberries, fruit preserve (if you are making it with plain yogurt)😉




Here I had strawberry preserve and sweet orange marmalade😋






Another option is making it with almond (or regular) milk. Add oats, raisins, something sweet (sugar, preserves, fruits, your favorite sweetner) 

Leave it in the fridge overnight, in the morning heat it up in the microwave, stir and enjoy😊

Delicious Cheesy Mac'n'Chili Dinner


    Here is another simple quick and delicious dinner idea with macaroni and canned chili. But this time we will use a regular elbow macaroni and pepper jack cheese.

All you are going to need is a pack of elbow macaroni, cheese (I had sliced deli pepper jack cheese, but a shredded one would be good as well), canned chili and some butter of your choice.






Boil macaroni according to package directions. I usually boil any pasta for 15 mins, because I prefer it a little softer. Drain and return it back to the pot.







On low heat add 2 tbsp of butter.













Stir until all melted.














Break and add 3 slices of cheese ( or desired amount of shredded cheese), stir until cheese is all melted.









Turn heat to medium and gradually add the whole can of chili, constantly stirring until it’s evenly hot.
















Aaaand that’s it! Serve and enjoy😊

Simple Chili Mac’n’Cheese Dinner


Macaroni and Cheese is no doubt many people’s favorite meal of all time. You can always enjoy the original recipe (homemade or store-bought), or you can upgrade it by adding extra fillings😉 
Here is a dinner idea of meaty mac’n’cheese with chili😋

All we are going to need is a pack of mac’n’cheese and a can of chili (with or without beans)









Cook mac’n’cheese according to the instructions on the box. Add milk, cheese sauce and butter (I don’t add butter sometimes, and it doesn’t affect the flavor).

Then open the can of chilli and add all to the pot with mac’n’cheese. Stir in chili over medium heat until it’s evenly hot.


Serve and enjoy!😊

Breakfast With Brioche Burger Buns


    Do you only use burger buns to make burgers? Why not try some different fillings! It is an easy, fast and delicious breakfast idea, especially with these sweet brioche buns that sold at Walmart in Bakery Department.  

Try it with peanut butter and a banana👀












Or Nutella😊














Spread your favorite cheese! 













My personal favorites are Alouette and President spreadable cheeses👍

..or use some regular sliced deli cheese, for examle cheddar cheese 










or my favorite is smoked gouda cheese. Melt it in microwave for about 20 seconds, cover with other half, let it cool down, and cheesy sandwich is ready for enjoying😊
