You will
need:
- 3lb ground beef (80/20)
- 6oz can tomato paste
- Sour cream
- Seasonings
How to make
it:
Place
ground beef into a big pot and fry it without oil on high heat, constantly
stirring.
Once it’s
cooked, lower heat to medium and drain excess oil.
Then add
the whole can of tomato paste.
Add 2.5
cans of water (use the same can).
Stir until
it’s all evenly mixed.
Then add
your favorite seasonings. I added salt, black pepper, parsley, basil, garlic
powder, paprika and minced onion.
Stir, then
add 3 tbsps of sour cream.
Mix all
evenly, let it simmer covered for 5-8 minutes over medium-low heat.
Serve it
with mashed potatoes, spaghetti, or mac’n’cheese!
